The Director – Enterprise Digital Marketing is accountable and responsible for collaboratively developing and driving comprehensive enterprise level digital strategies, content, operations and governance processes across channels, enterprise stakeholders and business segments.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Lead, develop, drive, and support the implementation of comprehensive enterprise level digital (web, mobile, social and email) strategies, operations, and governance processes to drive competitive advantage, promote best in class digital practices and support go-to-market efforts that drive enrollment and across business segments.
• Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to develop a multi- year digital enterprise roadmap and vision for the enterprise to drive transformation across the enterprise and while building and implementing best in class digital capabilities
• Lead the planning, execution and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, working closely with business segment teams to ensure alignment with the overall Corporate, Marketing and Sales strategies
• Provide leadership for the planning, development, execution, and optimization of all digital (mobile and web) work efforts across the GuideWell Enterprise, including Guidewell owned digital properties.
• Collaborate closely with the internal stakeholders to drive and evolve corporate website
• Act as key liaison with digital agencies and vendors to drive forward vision and priorities.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of consumer digital programs that leverage intuitive user focused principles, branding, simplicity and that ensure intended and consistent consumer brand experience across digital channels
• Direct the flawless execution of integrated, targeted and personalized member email campaigns, aligned with business priorities, to drive plan enrollment and
• Lead the acceleration of select pilot programs to ensure they deliver actionable results
• Act as internal expert on digital industry trends and competitive activity to ensure the enterprise is abreast of the landscape
• Provide leadership for solutions and programs that accelerate the adoption of differentiating digital solutions across the enterprise that meet all compliance requirements
• Identify and drive organizational efficiencies across digital solutions currently in place in the organization
• Collaborate with others to drive the speed of digital capability and program review - and the development and deployment of GuideWell’s digital standards (collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Medical, Service, Sales, and Business Operations)
• Define success metrics and implement analytics and reporting methods to measure and communicate success
• Continuously evaluate, and recommend and drive appropriate actions, related to web capabilities and presence, marketing alliances, and strategic partnerships
• Provide ongoing consultative direction to business areas to ensure digital capabilities support business objectives
• Manage a high performing team and help contribute to the development of future leaders

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing or Business related field, or related work experience
• 8+ years’ related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
• Mobile, web and digital marketing leadership
• 3-5 years direct supervisory/management experience
• Significant experience in the areas of website development, UX, mobile platforms, SEM, SEO, web analytics, conversion optimization, display advertising and email marketing
• Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to drive business outcomes
• Curiosity and entrepreneurialism with the ability to collaborate with others to set a vision, orchestrate a process to execute on that vision, establish an effective governance process, and influence and inspire others
• Demonstrated in-depth understanding of digital and social trends across devices and channels (desktop to mobile, AI through social)
• Demonstrated experience in creating, implementing and measuring winning digital strategies, solutions and programs that drive desired business outcomes
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development
• Proven track record of strategic decision making and problem solving, with a strong data-driven approach
• Demonstrated thought leader with expertise across digital marketing channels
• Excellent project leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing multiple facets of integrated digital marketing efforts


• Experience in health- related category
• Master’s degree MBA or other advanced degree
