The Sr. Director Advanced Analytics provides leadership and vision for development and implementation of data analytics and modeling strategies. Communicate data-driven insights and deliver action plans that steer business strategy and decision making for one or more business segments. Identify new analytics tools and techniques, and lead development and deployment of infrastructure for generating and analyzing information.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Initiates and represents Data Analytics across assigned clients
• Represents GuideWell as an industry expert and thought-leader in data intelligence through participation in industry-forums, speaking with the press and other outward-facing opportunities
• Oversees creation and presentation of analysis templates for specific clients that are in keeping with overall service line standards
• Recommends and manages proprietary tools, vendors and/or third party technologies to report and analyze data
• Ensures quality and timeliness of measurement deliverables meet client expectations and identifying measurement needs
• Coordinates appropriate staff to assigned projects
• Demonstrates problem solving and intervention when necessary
• Build trusting collaborative relationships with clients of all levels
• Maintain senior client relationships
• Manage expectations of clients and deliverables
• Support organizational and departmental objectives
• Accurately represents the client’s point of view when reviewing work, leverages this perspective when providing feedback, and is ultimately focused on doing the best work for the Client’s business
• Provide appropriate management updates and solicit feedback and direction
• Participate and present in New Business efforts and presentations, where appropriate
• Demonstrate a knowledge of clients business
• Articulate effective strategic rationale and logic flow
• Develop specific, measurable client business objectives
• Respond appropriately when presented with problems and issues
• Ensure group is properly trained on all internal procedures, best practices
• Educate and train immediate team members when needed on core analytics tools SAS; Tableau; SQL)
• Ensure appropriate staff utilization, motivating and developing the team
• Encourage open, ongoing internal communications
• Establishes and maintains communications process with clients
• Develop client presentations and other important communications, that are clear, compelling and persuasive
• Moves audience to desired action through clear and persuasive delivery of information


Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years' related work experience, or combination of transferrable experience and education, including 5+ years direct management experience
• Strong analytical background working in data management
• Proven ability to manage and teach others
• Clear understanding of the latest trends and developments in analytics
• High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

• MBA or Advanced Analytical Degree with healthcare focus
