The Sr. Director will lead a small multidisciplinary team through the life cycle of a project – from concept to business hand-off. The ideal candidate has launched a number of healthcare solutions with elements of technology and services. Ideally they have large and small company experience and can lead both technical and business-minded team members. They have a track record of developing innovative solutions that are proven through market traction and early adoption and are eager to make an impact in a newly formed team. They should be attuned to developing new processes, but understand how to move quickly and how to "fail fast." They must be able to manage multiple projects and to be ready to report out to a variety of stakeholders and to leverage resources effectively across the organization.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Translate ideas into strategy and features, leading solution development from start to finish
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities, advocate for those opportunities, evangelize concept, and develop concepts and opportunities into solid business cases and champion through organization approval to initiate
• Lead the innovation team through gathering requirements, design, development and testing of new solution
• Develop strong collaborations with resources across the organization required to drive the development process forward
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to design proof-of-concepts and beta deployment with minimum viable products to illustrate market traction. Ensure feedback and learning from customers, partners and in-house teams are incorporated into iterative development cycles
• Incubate the solution through the early deployment, drive and nurture the opportunity toward sustainability, identify potential pricing and strategic positioning options, and articulate profitability scenarios for solution
• Effectively forecast and communicate new products and capabilities
• Collaborate with business owner and sales teams around launch, deployment and scaling to assure successful external uptake and internal ownership

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years' related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
• 5+ years' direct supervisory/management experience
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality
• Courage to challenge status quo and the interpersonal skills to align teams and achieve impactful and sustained results

• Demonstrated comfort level with engaging multiple and competing perspectives

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams

• Strong management experience across cross functional teams and a hearty entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to make decisions with imperfect information, know how to lead without authority and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity and complexity
• Master’s degree preferred
